* j'aurais aimé faire du tempo en continu mais il faisait juste trop chaud...j'ai donc opté pour un fartlek. Je suis assez content des 6 montées, j'ai trouvé une nouvelle place vraiment cool avec une ascesion pas trop raide (environ average marathon pace, mais suis à bloc!).
